Curry Tahini Dressing
This easy Curry Tahini Dressing brings together the nutty richness of tahini with bright lime juice, fresh ginger & garlic, and the warm spices of Curry Flair. Perfect for drizzling over curry vegetable kebabs, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, salads, or using as a flavorful dipping sauce.
Makes 1/2 cup; Ready in 10 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
1 tsp Curry Flair
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp Flavor Pop or salt
Pinch black pepper
1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
2-4 tbsp water (more as needed depending on desired thickness)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lime or lemon juice, Curry Flair, grated ginger & garlic, maple syrup, Flavor Pop or salt, and pepper. The mixture will thicken at first-this is normal.
Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking until smooth and creamy. Continue adding water until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust with additional lime or lemon juice, salt, or Curry Flair if desired.
Drizzle over curry vegetable kebabs, grain bowls, salads, roasted vegetables, or serve as a dipping sauce.
Cooking Tips
If the dressing thickens in the refrigerator, whisk in a splash of water or lime or lemon juice before serving.
