A simple caprese salad, elevated with a sprinkle of red wine sea salt that brings depth and unexpected flavor to every bite.

Ingredients
2-3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
8 oz fresh mozerella, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Razzle Dazzle red wine sea salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions
Assemble the salad: Arrange sliced tomatoes and mozerella on a plate or cutting board, slightly overlapping. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers.
Drizzle: Lightly drizzle olive oil over the top. Add black pepper if using.
Finish: Sprinkle generously with Razzle Dazzle Red wine sea salt. Serve immediately.
