A simple caprese salad, elevated with a sprinkle of red wine sea salt that brings depth and unexpected flavor to every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe tomatoes, sliced

  • 8 oz fresh mozerella, sliced

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • Razzle Dazzle red wine sea salt to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Assemble the salad: Arrange sliced tomatoes and mozerella on a plate or cutting board, slightly overlapping. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers.

  2. Drizzle: Lightly drizzle olive oil over the top. Add black pepper if using.

  3. Finish: Sprinkle generously with Razzle Dazzle Red wine sea salt. Serve immediately.
