Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained + rinsed

  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp cashews, roughly chopped

  • 2 tbsp dates, chopped

  • 2–3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1-2 tsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp salt (add more as needed)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1-1 ½ tsp Curry Flair blend

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional sweetener)

Instructions

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl lightly mash the chickpeas.

  2. Add in all other ingredients and mix until well coated.

  3. Taste + adjust salt/lemon/spice.
